The Meeting Rooms began as a natural extension of the way our community was already using Gran T’s coffee house.
Freelancers, students, hybrid workers, small teams and even the big boys that just want to meet up in the city.
The blend of people has always brought something special, and we’ve always loved being that cosy spot where focus and community meet.
As Gran T’s grew, we sometimes needed a little more room ourselves.
Space for team catch-ups, planning sessions, brand development, and those bigger conversations that don’t quite fit around a café table. And, like many small to medium-sized businesses, we couldn’t justify expensive external offices or corporate meeting suites.
That’s when we realised something: We weren’t alone.
Plenty of the people who love working at Grant’s were in the same position, still wanting the warmth, comfort, and personality of a café environment, but needing a space that was private, professional, and purpose-built for larger gatherings, but with the benefit of great coffee too.
So we created The Meeting Rooms.
Located on the first floor of our Ancoats / Northern Quarter site, we’ve designed rooms that feel just as welcoming and characterful as the café below, but with the added space and privacy needed for team meetings, client sessions, workshops, strategy days, and focused collaboration.
