PRIVATE OFFICES At The Meeting Rooms we offer simple, affordable and flexible hire solutions for any business size or needs. Our rooms can be equipped with any office facility such as a PC, phone, printer and internet.
We also have WiFi connection available throughout the building. Each of the offices throughout the building can be branded with you own corporate ID enabling you to give the right impression to your customers.
Our private offices have a capacity of 1-5 people and can be set up to your specific requirements, The offices are hired by the hour. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits are available to you throughout the day and lunch can be arranged from our onsite catering facility.
THE BOARD ROOM This stunning contemporary room is ideal for any business. Whether you are looking to impress your customers with exceptional corporate facilities, or you are simply looking to get out of your own office environment for a meeting.
We offer room signage packages, FREE car parking, WiFi access and use of plasma screen with a laptop link included in the price. This room is ideal for training courses as well as board meetings. The board room has a capacity of up to 14 people comfortably sitting around the table.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits are available throughout the day and lunch can be arranged from our onsite catering facility.
THE CONFERENCE ROOM is fully equipped with everything you would need to hold an event, including a 5ft projector screen and WiFi. Our 25x35sqm room with four standard layouts but can however be used in any format you like. This room is able to hold up to 70 people and you can be sure that your event or conference will always run smoothly.
THE TRAINING ROOM has been fully equipped with 10 training computers and a 42” LCD screen for demonstrations by the trainer. Each work station is able to print in both black & white and FULL colour, is also able to scan documents, access the internet and install programs as required.The Training Rooms are perfect for any course or examination and we can offer evening bookings if required.
